New House!

When we got a telephone call three weeks ago from our landlord informing us we had to move because he was putting the house on the market, Greg and I got a little panicked. Our house in Spokane is still on the market and we are definitely not in a position to buy right now. The thought of moving into another rental, instead of a permanent home, was really discouraging. Reluctantly, we put a call into our realtor here. She wasn't in, so we left her a voicemail asking her to pull a list of all rental properties in our neighborhood. The events that followed are an incredible example of our God's ability to pull everything together perfectly. I won't go into all the little details, but I literally had goosebumps that morning as I watched God's plan unfold. God orchestrated a move for us, appropriate for our budget, to a home that is available for purchase whenever we a ready. What's amazing is that we'd looked at the house a couple weeks before and loved it, but we weren't ready to commit to a purchase. More amazing is that the owners of the house had several couples interested in their home, but sought us out because we had made such a great impression on them. We got the keys tonight and I think I'm the happiest I've been since coming home. We're finally moving HOME. Praise the LORD!!!
