We Freemans have really enjoyed the last couple of days. Greg was able to escape work early on Monday and was home by mid-afternoon, so we went for a short walk in the woods behind our house and then went to the playground nearby. Irene and I definitely had the most fun! We went from slide to swing to jungle gym to balancing beam! When we got home, Greg made his famous spicy melted cheese dip and we ate cheese dip and played Rummikub (a Freeman favorite!) after Bella went to bed. Yesterday, Greg got up with Bella and allowed both Irene and I to sleep in (Huge thank you sweetie!). After a late breakfast, we piled into the car and drove to a nearby city we are considering moving to. We had a great time exploring the town and neighborhoods. We also found a great city park with a fun playground- more slide and swing fun ensued! Oh, and typical of "big kids" we did the slides in all various positions - feet first, head first, face down, face up! Enjoy the pics!
