I had one of the best birthdays I've ever had! Irene took Bella downstairs when she woke up and I got to sleep in! And when I came downstairs, the coffee was ready and there was an ENTIRE large box of rosemary chocolates from Chocotenango! For those of you who haven't been here or experienced the deliciousness that is Chocotenango, I can't put it into words except to say - Heaven on Earth. And I'm not even a chocolate person normally! After a leisurely breakfast, the weather was beautiful so we spent the afternoon on the rooftop terrace sunbathing and playing in the baby pool. And to top off the day, we had a fantastic dinner at my favorite steak place here with my very good friend Melissa. Such fun! A HUGE thank you to Irene and Melissa who made a bittersweet day very fun and distracted me from what I was missing. I love you guys!!!

me too, heather.
my bday wasnt as "big" (read: I hadnt been there as long) and it was sad initially because it was JUST ANOTHER BENCHMARK passing.
My CCH friends made it so special.
as with the chocolates and rooftop swimming pool :) in a way that it would never have been in the states.
